Normie Rowe & The Playboys
Australia’s biggest pop star of the sixties, Normie Rowe AM defied the logic of the times – make no mistake, he was huge! While still a teenager, he created pop riots and became the first Melbourne recording artist to achieve a national Australian No.1.
Our first King of Pop is an ARIA Hall of Famer who had hits like Shakin’ All Over, Ohh La La, Que Sera Sera and It Ain’t Necessarily So and starred in TV and stage shows including Sons & Daughters, Annie, Chess, Evita and as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables. He’s seen and done it all, so don’t miss this true showbiz legend when he returns to TomKatz!
